Tablecloth: Barite, with Pyrite — Lupin Mine, Poland — EX Spirifer Minerals — Original Color
This design begins with my photograph of a very fine specimen of Barite with Pyrite from Lupin Mine, Poland. By reflecting and repeating its crystal forms, I gave the image a new symmetry. Across the design, the mineral’s colors and intricate details form a pattern that still reveals the remarkable rock where it began.
