This design begins with my photograph of a very fine specimen of Quartz with Chlorite from Montgomery County, North Carolina, USA. By reflecting and repeating its crystal forms, I gave the image a new symmetry. Across the design, the mineral’s crystal forms and intricate details form a pattern that still reveals the remarkable rock where it began.

About the Inverted Color design

I invert the colors of my original photograph: dark becomes light, and details that were easy to miss come forward. I haven’t added false color or chosen a new palette. The inverted colors come directly from the original image.

That is why the Original and Inverted Color designs work so well together. Their colors are opposites on the color wheel—complementary partners drawn from the very same specimen. Each is a different view of the rock, and each makes the other more vivid.

• We can't guarantee exact placement. There might be slight discrepancies in print placement. Please keep the main elements of your art towards the center of the design area. Anything near the edge runs the risk of being cut off during the cutting and sewing process.
  
• We allow the color accuracy deviation of the finished product and the mockup image to be within 5%. Please Avoid uploading neon, matte, and metallic colors as our printers cannot achieve accurate printing representation on these specialty color profiles.
• There may be small differences in the design of clothing products, with a deviation of 2-3 cm measured manually during the production process.
  
• It is impossible to perfectly align patterns or images at the seams perfectly.
• Please make sure your design covers the entire print area.
